Aluminum zinc coated color coated roll

Overview

Also known as galvalume or zincalume steel, aluminum zinc steel is a cold-rolled galvanized steel with a metal coating consisting of 55% aluminum, 43% zinc, and 1.6% silicon. The unique composition of aluminum zinc steel endows it with unique characteristics, combining the physical protection and high durability of aluminum with the electrochemical protection of zinc.

Product characteristics

Excellent long-term corrosion resistance makes the performance of aluminum zinc steel coils 2 to 6 times better than that of galvanized coatings

The density of aluminum is 55% lower than that of zinc. When the weight and thickness of the coating are the same, the area of the galvanized steel plate is greater than or equal to 3% of the galvanized steel plate.
